Upon reception of any complaint at above stated mail address, members are subject to Disciplinary Commission checks and verifications
As a consequence of violations of the membership rules, ethical code , professional behavior and negligence in practice , NAVS members are subject to disciplinary measures (beside civil and penal administrative fines foreseen by the current legislation)
The registered persons/members of NAVS must:
1. Respect the Code of Ethics when on duty and every time the valuation report includes a “conformity declaration”
2. Conduct valuations in compliance with officially adopted standards
