Imamo zadovoljstvo da Vas pozovemo da uzmete učešće na Drugoj konferenciji o proceni nepokretnosti sa temom „Budućnost tržišta nepokretnosti, profesije procenitelja i proceniteljske prakse“, koja će biti održana 21.  Aprila  2018. godine u Beogradu, sa početkom u 09:30h u „Conference Room 1“  na I spratu novootvorenog hotela “Hilton” u Beogradu, Slavija, Kralja Milana 35.

Cena kotizacije za učešće je 22.000,00 dinara, dok je za članove NUPS-a cena 18.000,00 dinara, a na navedenu cenu se obračunava PDV po stopi od 20%.  Obezbeđen je simultani prevod na engleski jezik , kafe pauze i ručak za učesnike.

Ovaj događaj se boduje sa 6 časova/bodova za kontinuiranu edukaciju za Licencu i za REV.

European Valuation Conference “Statistical Methods of Property Valuation – Are They Legal”

The exclusive use of statistical methods of valuation, including Automated Valuation Models (AVM), in the process of mortgage loan initiation and in the event of aa subsequent valuation review is contrary to European (and therefore Polish) law. NEW EUROPEAN VALUATION STANDARD AND GUIDANCE NOTE ON AVMS

IMPORTANT

On 28 October 2017 in Marseille, the TEGoVA General Assembly, by near-unanimity, approved the attached European Valuation Standard EVS 6 „Automated Valuation Models (AVMs)“ and European Valuation Guidance Note EVGN 11 „The Valuer’s Use of Statistical Tools“ and rendered them immediately operational. They are now an integral part of European Valuation Standards and are to be complied with by all members of TEGoVA’s 71 member associations including all REVs and TRVs.

TEGoVA General Assembly Endorses New European Valuation Standard (EVS 6) on Automated Valuation Models.

95 delegates representing 52 valuers’ associations from 29 countries attended the Autumn meeting of TEGoVA in Marseille on 27-28 October. The meeting was hosted by Chambre des Experts Immobiliers de France (CEIF-FNAIM)

ASEAN Valuers adopts IVS

The ASEAN Valuers Association (AVA) joined many national and regional bodies in supporting and adopting the International Valuation Standards at its 20th VA Congress held in Singapore from 11 to 13 September 2017. The event was organised by the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).
